Summary: The location was great and views of ocean were spectacular. It was a bit rough surf but calmed during the 9 days. The sand is very hot being black and it is hotter in general than other areas in Kauai. The house needs some general maintenance and there were no instructions left at house.The refrigerator never did really cool down, luckily we had the refer in cottage to store all the food. It is not what we were expecting for the price but we overlooked it an enjoyed the ocean and local venues.
